  2. You need 1 cup of cornmeal.
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup of sugar.

  7. You need 1 cup of milk.
  8. Take 1/6 cup of melted butter.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F..

  3. Mix the dry ingrediants (flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder) in a large bowl..
  4. Mix wet ingriedients (milk, egg, and butter) in a seprate bowl..
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture bowl and stir togeather, but do not over mix..
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tray..
  7. Put in oven for 15 - 20 minutes..
  8. Take out of oven and let cool for 10 minutes..
