- Wash and marinate the chicken pieces with salt,turmeric powder,curd,red chilli Powder and oil for 30 minutes.

- Now wash the rice and pour into the boiling water,as it half cooked drain the water and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add the onion slices saute till golden brown.
- Add Potatoes fry adding salt and turmeric powder.

- Add the chicken pieces and fry adding chilli powder and cover.
- As the chicken pieces get soft add tomato puree and mix well.
- Now in another pot heat ghee and mix biryani masala,pour it into a bowl and keep aside.
- Fry the egg with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
- Now put a layer of rice Inthe pot and arrange the chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle ghee mixture and milk.
- Cover it with another layer of rice.
- Arrange the remaining chicken pieces.

- Keep it on low heat for 10 -15 minutes.
