  2. In a wok add in oil and garlic…fry until brown…then add masalas mixture which we mixed in water.
  3. Bring to boil and add Chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes paste or puree….leave on steam cooking… until thickened the gravy and potatoes Will be tender…..
  4. Now add Cumin powder, garam masala powder, sliced green chillies…cook for few seconds and turn off the heat…..
  5. Now sprinkle the fresh coriander…..yummm and quick chana gravy is ready to serve with parathas…nan and puries…..
