2. Make ready 3/4 cup of of your favorite cajun fish/seafood breading..

1. Slice into 1/4" thick pieces..
2. Beat 2 eggs..
3. Heat oil to 350°.
4. While oil is heating up put your breading in a large zipper bag..
5. Bread the slice's and drop them in the hot oil for 4-4.5 minutes or until golden brown then remove and drain..
