Ingredients of Fluffy Flax-seed Muffins

  1. Take 1 cup of Maida (Refined Flour).
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Flax-seed Powder (roasted & ground).
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup of oats Quick.
  5. Take 2 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. Prepare A pinch of Salt.
  8. Take 2 nos of Eggs.
  9. Take 1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
  10. Take 1 cup of Butter milk (use fresh).
  11. Take 5 tbsp of Honey.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of Raisins (mix of black & golden).
  13. Make ready 1 tsp of Cinnamon.

Fluffy Flax-seed Muffins instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 mins, drain and wipe them dry, keep aside..
  2. Sieve the flour baking powder and baking soda together in a large bowl.add the raisins to the flour and coat them well..
  3. Mixing the raisins in the flour will ensure that they don’t go to the bottom of the muffin.
  4. Mix the remaining dry ingredients together in the bowl..
  5. Combine liquid ingredients in a separate bowl..
  6. Stir liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients all at once…
  7. Stir the mixture til it comes together; fill muffin tins lined with paper cups, to about 2/3 full..
  8. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes..
  9. Remove from them oven, let them cool for 10 mins and the gobble them up!.
