Ingredients of Crockpot Quick and Easy Rigatoni

  1. Take 2 packages of ground turkey.
  2. You need of Olive oil.
  3. Make ready 1 of onion, sliced.
  4. Make ready 1 of green pepper, sliced.
  5. Prepare 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. It’s 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
  8. Take 1 tablespoon of oregano leaves.
  9. You need 1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
  10. It’s 1 of small can mushrooms, drained.
  11. It’s 2 jars of your favorite pasta sauce (24 ounce).
  12. Make ready 1 box of Rigatoni, cooked and drained.
  13. Prepare of Salt for boiling water.
  14. Make ready 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  15. It’s 1/2 package of cheddar cheese.

Crockpot Quick and Easy Rigatoni instructions

  1. Sauté ground turkey in a pot with olive oil until browned…….
  2. Add in your sliced onion and green pepper, sauté for several minutes then add minced garlic…….
  3. Next add in your black pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano leaves and crushed red pepper……
  4. Add in your can of mushrooms…..
  5. Next add in both jars of your favorite pasta sauce……Stir well…..
  6. Pour ground turkey mixture into a crockpot…….
  7. Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours…….
  8. Before ground turkey mixture is done, boil your rigatoni until al dente, drain well……
  9. Carefully add cooked rigatoni to ground turkey mixture, stir well……
  10. Top with your shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, cook, covered until cheese has melted……
