  1. Cook pasta how you normally would. While the pasta cooks, dice the zucchini which ever way you prefer - just be sure they are slightly thick pieces. In a separate saucepan turn on medium heat..
  2. Add butter to pan and let melt, then add zucchini and salt and sauté for about 5-7 minutes. Then add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes..
