- Take 1/2 cup of paneer.
- You need 1 cup of boiled potatoes.
- Make ready 1 of chopped onion.
- Take 10 of cheese cubes.
- Take 1 tbsp of green chilly, garlic and ginger paste.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of roasted red chilly powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2 tbsp of for shallow fry.
Potato Paneer Cheese Balls instructions
- In a bowl combine mashed potatoes, mashed paneer, chopped onion, turmeric powder, roasted red chilly and roasted cumin powder, green chilly, garlic and ginger paste, salt, hot…oil. Mix….well and knead a smooth dough..
- Cut cheese into small cubes. From the dough make a small ball. Put the cheese cubes in the center of the ball and again make a round shape. Once it is done keep aside..
- In a plate take biscuit crumbs. Roll the potatoes ball in the biscuit crumbs. Once it is done keep aside..
- Heat oil in Kadai. Shallow fry the potatoes balls till it become light brown in color..
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Immediately serve hot….potato paneer cheese balls………… with tomato sauce…………………..
