Super lemon cookies step by step
- Place 75g unsalted butter under Room temperature and wait for it to soften. Then add 50g sugar and 1g salt. Mix and scramble.
- Add 15g lemon juice. Sift 100g flour (all-purpose or pastry flour). Mix well.
- Cut 5g lemon skin into pieces (tip: cut only the yellow part) and add to the bowl.
- Mix well.
