1. First mix all dry ingredients well then add condensed milk vanilla essence and oil..
2. Then add the water and mix well..
3. Now add 3 tablespoon of grated carrot keep the rest for garnish. Mix well..
4. Now grease the muffin mould and pour 3/4 of the batter to the mould top it off with grated carrot and put it in high power for 1.5 mins..
5. Unmould it and garnish with condensed milk and grated carrot..
