Ingredients of Peach and Cinnamon Microwave Cake (LCHF)

  1. Prepare 1 of peach half, from a can (in juice not syrup).
  2. Take 2 tbsp of butter, unsalted.
  3. Make ready 50 grams of almond flour/ ground almonds.
  4. You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
  6. It’s 3 tbsp of Canderel or Splenda.
  7. You need 1 of egg.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of juice from the can of peaches.

Peach and Cinnamon Microwave Cake (LCHF) instructions

  1. Chop peach half in small pieces and set aside.
  2. Put butter in an individual serving sized microwaveable dish, cover with baking paper and melt in the microwave ( about 30 seconds).
  3. Discard the baking paper, add all the other ingredients (except the peach), mix well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Stir in the peach pieces.
  5. Cover dish with plastic wrap, make a few holes in it, then microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
  6. Serve warm with thick cream..
